How do I cancel a booking?

Navigate to 'My Trips' in your account dashboard, select the booking you'd like to cancel, and click 'Cancel Booking.' Cancellation policies vary by airline and hotel — your refund eligibility will be shown before you confirm. Most hotel bookings cancelled 48+ hours in advance are fully refundable.

Can I change my travel dates after booking?

Yes. Go to 'My Trips,' select the booking, and choose 'Modify Dates.' For flights, date changes are subject to airline fare rules — some tickets allow free changes, others charge a fee plus any fare difference. Hotel date modifications are usually free up to 24–48 hours before check-in.

How do VoyPoints work?

VoyPoints are earned on every booking: 1 point per $1 spent on hotels, 2 points per $1 on flights, and 3 points per $1 on premium bookings. Points never expire as long as your account is active. Redeem them in the Rewards section for travel credits, upgrades, and partner perks.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. VoyPath uses 256-bit TLS encryption for all transactions. We never store your full card number — payments are processed via Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. We also support 3D Secure authentication for additional protection.

Why was my card declined?

Declines typically happen for one of three reasons: insufficient funds, your bank flagging an international charge, or a mismatch in billing address. Try a different payment method, contact your bank to approve the charge, or ensure your billing details match your card's registered address exactly.

How do I add a travel companion to my booking?

When searching, set the traveler count before booking and enter each traveler's details during checkout. For existing bookings, go to 'My Trips' → select booking → 'Manage Travelers.' Note that adding passengers to an existing flight booking may incur fare differences.

What happens if my flight is cancelled by the airline?

VoyPath monitors your flights in real time. If your flight is cancelled, you'll receive an instant notification with rebooking options. In most cases, we'll automatically find the next available flight and present it for your approval — at no extra cost if it's the airline's fault.
